INTRODUCTION:
The Campaign for an American DREAM (CAD) Logo Design Contest (the "Contest") gives participants the opportunity to design a LOGO for CAD. By participating in the contest, the artist accepts and agrees to comply with the Official Rules.
ELIGIBILITY:
Contest is open to all residents of the United States and its territories and possessions, ages 15 and up. If you are between the ages of 15 and 17, your parents must sign the consent block on the Official Entry Form, to ensure that you have your parent or legal guardian’s permission.
ENTRY:
To enter the Contest, eligible participants must:
1) Download and complete the Official Entry Form. The form is available for download at www.CADWalk2012.org (.pdf file above)
2) Create a logo!
3) Convert the design into a usable web version and a scalable vector, print quality version of the logo. The logo must adapt well to electronic and print media, to reproduction on small and large surfaces, and for use in color or in grayscale.
4) Email your completed Official Entry Form and your design to: CADWalkLogoContest@gmail.com
Artists may submit up to two (2) logo designs per artist and must complete a separate entry form for each design.
DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES: You must submit your design and completed entry form by 11:59 p.m. EST by December 27, 2011.
LOOK AND FEEL GUIDELINES: Your design should be dynamic, unique, creative, and incorporate the full name and abbreviation of the campaign: “Campaign for an American DREAM” and “CAD”. The logo may incorporate other imagery, principle abstract symbols or a catchphrase, so long as the full Campaign name is included somewhere in the logo.
